STUDIO RENTAL POLICIES

  • CLEANING The studio must be cleaned and left in the same condition it was in when you arrived. All trash must be removed. 
  • NOISE Keep sound at a reasonable level, no loud music or inappropriate language. There are other business professionals that offer services within the same unit that require a quiet environment. In the event that a noise complaint is received your session will end immediately without refund and you will be asked to vacate the premises. 
  • CHILDREN must be accompanied by an adult at ALL TIMES. Children are not allowed inside the hallways/facilities outside of Madison Rose Studio. Other studio owners inside the unit are providing services that require it to be quiet. If at any time children exceed an appropriate level of noise or enter the hallways/facilities outside of the studio, your session will end immediately without refund and you will be asked to vacate the premises. 
  • Restrooms are located inside Cove Salon & Spa Studios. If at any time the restroom is needed, you are required to remain quiet as you walk through the hallways in respect to the other businesses offering services. Children must be attended at all times when using the restroom.  
  • No pets allowed without prior written consent 
  • No open flame of any kind, no candles, no sparklers, no powder or confetti poppers, no glitter, and no paint. 
  • No smoking of any kind or smoke machines.
  • Parties larger than 8 must be pre-approved.
  • No hazardous, illegal, or negligent practices, activities, or substances​.
  • No food or drink on the furniture/props.

You will be charged a minimum of $1,000.00 fee for any damages or stains/rips/tears to furniture or to the studio. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed in the event that the studio is not returned the way it was when you arrived. ​
